Luis Bracamontes (born June 8, 1970) is a Mexican Criminal based in Sinaloa (Mexico). Furthermore, he is the main culprit involved in an open fire in North California region on October 24, 2014.
He has convicted drug dealer. During the mass killing, two sheriffs deputies lost their lives. In addition to this, a local civilian and deputy injured.
